the Members, after careful consideration:roll: of the evidence presented, has rendered its decision. the entire second watch of USS Pogy has been found not guilty of all charges and specifications and are hereby released to continue with their current duties in the USN. the Court thanks those who took part in these proceeding. this Court martial is hereby adjourned.
