I decided to up the 3D TC to 1024, so that fatigue and fatigue recovery would happen all the time without me having to stay at/below 32x, and implemented the RUb 1x fatigue model, and jumped into a mission.

So far my crew have been on active duty for over a week and have not rested yet. Their endurance levels are slowly dropping, but... a week!? I was expecting to have to rotate them every 8 hours or so. I would try the GW 8 hour fatigue model (in spite of my previous thread on that one not being answered ) but SH3 commander doesn't seem to do anything to my basic.cfg file when I use that option... isn't that the file it should be changing?

Help/info on any of this would be great.

RUB 1x fatigue is designed specifically for those playing with no time compression at all.

As far as Commander and the different fatigue types, I think you have to load some files, but it's been a long time and my memory's faulty, so don't listen to me rambling.

Someone who actually knows about it will be along soon, have no fear.

Then I'm missing something here... I thought with 3D TC at 1024, fatigue would happen all the time, so combining that with RUb 1x fatigue I would have crew that drain endurance twice as fast at 2x, 128 times as fast at 128x, and so on... not true? :-?

Personally, I always liked the Hollywood Living Crew. Work for eight hours, sleep for 8 hours.

Nevermind... I worked it out. It's because Beery replaced fatigue with "battle stress" as he calls it, which is fatigue that goes down and never comes back up. I've decided to go back to stock SH3 fatigue and see how I like that with 3D TC all the way up :)
