Yet another example of PC going OTT :yep: In my profession it is official policy that if an individual comes from a BME background and satisfies the essential criteria, they have a 50% better chance of being successful.
As much as I dissagree with the poisenous bile meted out by racist organisations, I can understand how some of our younger generation come to resent this :yep:

Give it time. This equality legislation that has turned into special privilage legislation will come back and bite these people with a vengence given enough time. As far as I know, most people are getting fed up with the special interest groups that pass this kind of BS - so its day is coming.
