Where is my XO?
Normally their is suppose to be a XO your aid in commanding the boat. My seconded highest officer is loading my torpedoes

I generally consider my XO to be the highest-rated officer on the boat with a command qualification. There's no other 'special' distinction for one in the game.

SH3 didn't have a dedicated 1WO or 2WO; you had to imagine. I imagine SH4 is the same; but then I could just be imagining things.

If you have an injured person...who gives medical attention?

I have noticed under patrol that some crew members got banged up and hurt.

My XO was launched out of tube 1 when I accidently pressed enter while he was inspecting it.

The crew loved it as he wasn't a likable fellow. I think he used too much starch in his undies.
