TM 1.4 Question

Hello,

I am running SH4 1.3 with TM 1.4 and I really like what it does to SH4.
After installing TM 1.4 I started a new campaign in Pearl Harbour (December 41) and my first patrol area was near the Marshall Islands.
It´s now late January 42 and I have yet to find a contact. Apart from two friendly task forces I got no reports of any kind either. The patrol location as turned grey and I have a "complete" status in my orders but...
I have read TM 1.4 reduces the amount of contacts but I was wondering if this is "normal"?

I think there is a bug in the game that stops traffic from going into the marshalls. but TM does cut down the number of contacts and makes it more realistic. i think:oops:

I sail out of Freemantle and always run into plenty of traffic--however, not as much as in the non TM enviroment.

There is Marshall traffic in TM 1.4. The problem is your patrol date. The traffic is still light in January, needs a month or two to build up.

Assuming you have some fuel, patrol towards Ponape and Truk since that's where traffic has to come from.
