Targeting

Is there anyway to manual target shipping when your in automatic mode? I believe SH3 had this feature to switch from auto to manual.

No, not that I know of.

Well the closest you can come is to 'unlock' the target.

Problem is that as soon as the triangle appears the rest of the solution is done. About all you can do is unlock and aim at different parts of the ship.
