View Full Version : Crew Never Rest
The crew never rest. When they are not on duty they are doing maintenance constantly. Efficiency levels are almost the lowest they can get in all areas. Is this a bug or an install problem?
Take battle stations off! :D
Your crew will not rest without doing so.
Nope that's not it. I can toggle the battle station button and the first shift will rest while the second shift is on duty and the third shift is doing maintaince, however when it is the third shift turn, the first and second shift are both doing maintaince and that cycle repeats without anyone resting until everyone is exhausted. This happens without going to battlestations.

The crew that is on watch will never go to sleep.
The crew men on the other two shifts will go to sleep when their fatigue gets to 90/100 and will wake up when their fatigue gets to about 10/100.
If the battle stations is off and you sail for a few days with time compression, when you visit the crew management menu there will be some crew men sleeping.
Graphically, they are marked with a Zz sign.
