Resting crew

In silent hunter 3 I had a compartment to rest the crew. How is it done in 4? Is it automatic?

It's basicly automatic. Crew works in 3 watches and when one watch is active, the other two are resting

When on battle stations, all watches are active

Thanks for the reply! If all my men are tired with red bars what do you do to recuperate them?

Simon , one of the buttons on the bottom panel says battle stations , press this . Go to your crew screen and look if all the men are greyed out . If only one panel is greyed out then you are not in battlestations . If only one third are greyed out then you are not in battlestations . If all the men are greyed out then hit the battlestations button on the bottom panel again.

And don't forget when your in the clear turn off the battle stations or you will find out some hours latter your crew is shagged out and refuse to work. :rotfl:

Did that one time... After that one added the battlestation button to all station panels, since then not an issue :arrgh!:
