Does the reported hesitation of the Kremlin to answer the expulsion of the Russian diplomats indicate that it has ports of the military no longer under direct control - or is the military sabre rattling part of the Kremlin's reaction? Fact is that the new wealth of Russia has made the military raising demands for new and far-reaching military arms production, and caused several representatives and ex-militaries trying to put pressure on the kremlin. Some even speak of a new war between the US and Russia within the next 15 years, when America would demand access to the rich ressources in Siberia, free access to the Russian economy, etc etc.
