being a computer n00b i need helpz0r pls

whenever i click this having already configured the AOB, Range and Bearing i get the following message

not enough infomation gathered on the target (or something to that effect) could somoeone please explain how to use this tool correctly.

The 1.3 patch has altered the way the speed estimation works:

You must first send two range measurements (using the stadimeter) for the same target to the TDC, preferably mroe than 15-20 seconds apart; afterwards you can click the stopwatch icon to estimate the speed and course of the target. If you are not satisfied with the estimate, send another range reading using the stadimeter and estiamte again. If it's way off you might want to do two more standimeter range readings, preferably further spaced apart (i.e. more than 30s inbetween).

Here's a more detailed explenation: Steps to automatically determine speed using 1.3 Patch (http://www.subsim.com/radioroom/showthread.php?t=118522)

Hold off on the RFB mod at this time, as currently it is not updated for the new 1.3 patch. It'll never load if you install it.

Download the JSGME. Instructions are in the readme. This utility is a MUST for installing mods, since it makes mod installation pain free. If you have any questions, feel free to ask.

You want to download "7-zip File Manager" (a freeware alternative to WinZip) to open that file. A google search will find it for you.
