Cant play multiplayer! PLease help!?

Hey!

When I try to log in to multiplayer type in my (valid) username and password and then i type in my cd-key. But when I try to log in it says its wrong cd key or that its not valid or something. I've tried it any, many times and I've checked that its the right cd key even more times. What do I do? :( Please help me?

Include the dashes too when ur typin ur CD key in.

I did that but its still not working.. :(

You might have mixed up the letter O`s and the numner 0`s. Try different combos if you code includes the letter O or zero.
