By the way,,got PC gamer today, 7/14, and their Sim Column, written by Andy Mahood had this topic today: Qoute: " Patch and release......or release and patch????.
The 2 main topics in that column was MS Flight Simulator X and Silent Hunter 4: Wolves of the Pacific(Patch 1.2),,,the ending of the article was like this:
Quote: "Yes, you read that right---plead with the publisher to fix a broken product! Ubisoft has since jettisoned this boneheaded plan and assured everyone that a 1.3 patch is indeed on its way,but the indiscretion still left a brackish taste in people's mouths. Well,, "broken" releases is a topic for sure,,,good for us gamers that the problem is nailed to the wall.
