Skin Problems

After patch 1.3, I have this problem with the Colorado, and Pennsylvania Battleship:

Does anyone have an idea on how to fix it? I tried a complete reinstall already, which fixed it for a while, but now, its like this again, can someone help?

No I am not using any mods, and it worked once when I reinstalled the game completely. So, for me personally, this is a show stopper, too much of a distraction.
