It's amazing (http://article.nationalreview.com/?q=Y2U1YjZhODRlMTIzNDgyYWE1OGM0NmY3MTk5NWVkZWU=) what they've done with North Korea (http://www.undispatch.com/archives/2007/01/cash_for_kim_re.html). I don't know who's less corrupt: the United Nations or Mexico.

I think the Mexican and Columbian cartels are just more organized. There's only about a dozen of them put together.
