View Full Version : Why? Are you a Victim? OR Why are you a Victim
Cyborbullies?
http://www.cbsnews.com/stories/2004/05/11/earlyshow/living/parenting/main616717.shtml
I remember as a kid growing up here in Florida...some Bully (Most times a troubled child who's parents were not taking care of them) always trying to make his self known to the world...by pickin' on kids smaller than they. Teachers kept an eye on these individuals and would take action if needed.
I watched for these type kids also...I thrived on finding these "Bullies" and making them ...well... stop picking on others.
Then in the 6th grade all this changed...
After I had stomped a mud hole in a particular Bully's backside then walked it dry... I got in trouble...
I was told I was a racist because this 'bully' was black and black 'bullies' were differnt than white 'bullies'...........
To me they are all the same.
So I was punished each time I stood up for myself and those who could not...
Now we have "CYBORBULLIES".
I would wager a weeks pay that if I smashed one of these "CYBORBULLIES" computers to bits I would go to jail.
What say ye?

Yes, if you were to illegally enter another person's home and destroy their property, or their parent's property, it only logically follows that you would be criminally charged and face potential incarceration.
By the way, every post you make invariably includes some sort of reference to physical violence or destruction of property. Why be so angry?

to best way to offend a Cyberbully is just to ignore the idiot
its the only way ;)
as the cyberbully only wants that you yell at him so he can shout back at you.
to get a fight started..and believe me while you are steaming out of your ears or worrying about what he said to you, he's the one laughing his arse off.
mostly this behaviour comes from 12 - 16 years old with an confidence that they can whatever they want via the internet...but if you would be his neighbour and you find out who he is and you stand right in front of him..he will be crapping in his pants thats for sure

Well, if you ever (for some weird reason) consider me a cyberbully, let it be known that I don't take too kindly to getting my computer smashed! I'd have to smash you before those cops came! :D :|\\ :arrgh!:

All you got to do is log it all down and then take it to the police take times and dates as well, thats how i ended up securing my problem.

Find out who his girlfriend is, then send him a bogus email from his girlfriend with a nasty attachment, with some title "Hi babe take a look at my photos" the sucker will open them & trigger a mail bomb. 9 out of 10 he wont have an antivirus as hes to cool for that..
PC now set to destroy the windows registry on the next restart.
Of course hes only good at been a bully so will very likely not know how to find out who the person was, instead being a bully he is, he will blame his girlfriend who in turn will be so offended that the trust thing in their relationship went sour and leave him.
Two kills with one stone.

Take it one step worse - Use his email address and sign up to all the cyber porn you can find! :arrgh!: That will teach him to mess with you in the future. He won't be able to find a single peice of legitimate email amongst all the smut spam!

I guess my faith in the so called "Justice System" here in the U.S. of A. has been lost.
Seems when I was allowed to carry the badge a wife beater or a pervert didn't make it downtown with out some teeth missing and a sever limp... Most times a good "Wood Shampoo"* made one think twice before attempting another crime.
But times have changed and the victim has become the criminal and the criminal plays the victim...
No more room for "Justice".
No more...
no more...
I would tell ya some horror stories but "SG-1" is abhout to come on.

I stopped calling it a justice system long ago U-533. Sounds like you might want to call it a legal system as I do. There is a difference. I'm also more than a bit disillusioned with the practice of using the law and the police as revenue generators by chicken sh*t lawmakers who politically cannot raise taxes.

I never thought I'd say this in reference to you but if that is what I think it is...
COOL!

As for cyber bullies... did anyone forget that MSN and Hotmail have block features? And its proven that ignoring them works best. They thrive on the reaction. No reaction means that only the craziest bully will keep at it and at that point the cops have to stop him since uttering a threat is still a crime.

I just record SG-1 and watch a commercial free version later. I hate commercials.
Just took a look though. My machine is currently recording NOVA - "Orgins: Earth is Born" - Earth sees the formation of continental crust and the precipitation of water.
This I will probably find more interesting than SG-1 - though this is not to say I don't like SG-1. i have about 20 episodes on my box right now - on demand without commercials of course!

You know what would be great? If after all the pointless arguing we made on this board we could just put it aside and drink a few beers together and watch the 10th season of SG-1.:D It would do wonders for the state of affairs around here.
Its too bad that Richard Dean Anderson is gone (mostly). I can't call it the The Jack Attack anymore.:nope:

"System" of some sort... the legality of it leaves a bad taste in me mouth.
"Revenue Generators" ... My point exactly... I just didn't have a catchy label for it...
You still have my VOTE for President!

Yep! I didn't care much for the Movie but the TV Series has provided my wife and I many hours of good noninvasive entertainment.
Best of all the "Good guys" always win.

It does! I don't have time to watch commercials, and I hate interrupting what it is I am watching.
