Square hole where the emblem should be

My current boat is the U-202 a class VIIC. I found the historical emblem (A hedgehog or porcupine) on the net and converted it for use in SH3.:know: but in game it doesnt appear just a square hole where it should be.:nope:
I tried the same emblem on a type II and it works fine but I really want it on the proper boat any suggestions?:doh:

What mods are you using? IIRC there was a problem with an early version of GWX that was fixed in 1.03 that caused a prob like this.
