SH4 Problems with activated Mods ! Game doesn`t start !

Hello Together !
I`ve a big Problem.
I can play SH4 only without activated Mods !
When I activate only 1 Mod,the Game doesn`t start !
Any Idea ?
2 Months ago everything was OK.After a new Installation that I made Yesterday I have this Problems.
I have also a Problem with SH3.
i can activate Mods,Game works fine,but when I want to Return to Desktop,I got an CTD !
Any Idea?

I had to reinstall the game twice to get it to work.

Don't use that mod?
Are you patched to the version that the mod requires?

All mods are made for version 1.2 of the game. Can you confirm you are patched up??

Hi !
Now Everything is OK with SH4 !
I saved the Mods on my Hardrive,and the Files where damaged as I put them Yesterday into the Mod Folder.
Becaus I made Backups every Day,I can repair the Mods until FTT 2.5.
So I want to say
