Nah just a graphical anomilie. A restart will most likely fix it.

Ive seen it too but on my rig it only lasted for a few seconds and yes it was as the lights were flashing when taking damage (depth charge in the water.... close aboard !) :dead:

I find that most of the graphic glitches go away if I minimize the game and bring it back up. I haven’t seen that one yet, freaky.

I've had the same thing three times and it's always after the lights have flickered. Once they turn black they stay black until I exit the game. Bloody annoying.

I'll bet you have an ATI card. I used to get this with my 9800. Switched cards and it went away.
