I was actually looking at that game. The graphics look alright, but I didn't get to read much details about it. More than likely, I'm probably going to stick with the silent hunter's until I read some reviews about it, maybe catch a few gameplay clips here and there and form another opinion after that. If you have a site that talks about the game in detail or so, I'd really appreciate the link if you will.

yeah, the graphics do look a bit comic bookish, and I don't see any 3d interiors(Sh3 spoiled me :p )

I'll probably wait to see how the reviews do.

At a retail price of 19.95, what can you expect. But then, I might buy it for that reason, and it'll problaby one of those games you don't have to be well rested to play. A nice end of a work day wind down type of game.

I thought this was done on a shoe string budget by a bunch of guys that wanted to do something without the suits screwing it up. If thats the case they get a thumbs up for trying. :up:

Don't count on UBI come ing out in the future with all the flack "some well deserved" they got with SH-4.

Read some previews and it does not look very promising i must say.
German only (sorry) They compare it to SH2...so...well SH2 in all its glory but its 2007...or ;)

Still cool they actually did a game from this period. Just finished watching "The First World War" http://www.channel4.com/history/microsites/F/firstworldwar/ so I might at least give this game a chance...maybe. For anyone interested in this period WATCH THIS DOCUMENTARY! (if you can get hold of it) gets 10/10 my side :)

If you think about it, the more software houses working on Subsims the better. A little competition is just what Ubi need.:huh: 'Shells of Fury' looks interesting, I think everyone should buy it so that there becomes a bigger market for Subsims and thus, in the long-term, we get better product.

So far it doesn't look any worse than Aces Of The Deep. Of course this is sixteen years later, but if the gameplay's good enough it could be a good sim. On the other hand, after reading Terrapin's mini-review I don't have a lot of hope for that either.

Still, it might be fun. We'll see.

Maybe it is worth picking up, after all, we may well be relying on these guys in the future to make the next decent subsim, Im not so sure we will see another SH after this charade with IV :arrgh!:
