Can anyone text SHIII on laptop Intel X3100

I have the X60 tablet from lenovo and it won't run... I MAY be able to upgrade to the X61 which has the x3100 advanced gpu on it... but i'd only do it if I can play SHIII and maybe even SHIV...

Hi Elphaba,

I've not used a Lenovo, but in general (laptops & desktops) I would not choose an Intel graphics card for gaming. The X3100 card might work for SH3, but there are better gambles out there, i.e., notebooks with recent GeForce or Radeon cards.

If you go ahead and get a new Lenovo, at least get it with XP, not Vista. Viel Gluck!

Yeah, the problem is though that I need a tablet AND a touch screen. the Lenovo X60 / X61 are the only machines that offer this.

Nobody - crazy as it seems - thinks to put a proper graphics system into a tablet, let alone one with dual pen/touch screens.

The main prob with SHIII on the 945 chipset is no hardware T&L - but the x3100 has that... so I was hoping it would work.
