SH 4 Patch Sequence

Usually I don't have problems downloading and using game patches, but since buying the factory SH 4, I seem to be losing my touch. I need to know the sequence of necessary patches for the game. At first I saw only silent_hunter
_4_1.2, downloaded it and attempted to update the factory version unsuccessfully. I see v1.1 out there (European version?) and didn't try it. Help!! (I hope my topic isn't redundant.)

On an un-modded and without the no-CD crack and the CD in the drive, you should be able to go from a clean install of the game directly to patch 1.2 (and soon 1.3.)

You cannot use any in-game saves after applying any patch. You have to start from a home base auto-save. If you are in a campaign now you don't want to lose, return to base, then apply the latest patch. As the readme documentation for the patches mention, the patches are cumulative and retro-active. I suggest jumping right into patch 1.2 as the improvements are significant over 1.1.

As he said a 'clean' install of version 1.0 un modded. Simply apply patch 1.2 to that no need to apply 1.1 first.

I apply 1.2 directly because i had some problem with ctd in campaign, now works well :yep:
