Im stuck in a port !

I dont understand. I started my first mission in career mode, completed the mission then came back... But the blue anchor disapeared i think ? But now im in that port, and i see american ships in it, but theres no anchor, and i cant do anything
I tried to dock... but my ship just hit the walls and nothing is happening. Why can't i do anything, i see american ships just staying there so its obviously friendly... Oh ya, forgot to mention, i have around 5% fuel left... and it seems to be a long way from the closest blue anchor. What do i do ? wait for the war to end ?

What base are you in? The base might of changed.

I don't know lol... Didnt think of actually cheking it out. Isnt there a way to see my status or something. To know where exactly i have to go

It's a known bug, sometimes they don't tell you if the bases are change.

Here's how to find your home base. But if you only got 5% fuel left then you're probably screwed unless you got the patience to go it submerged at 2-4 kts on your magic solar batteries.
