american ships off limits pre 41?

Attacks on American vessels were forbidden under Hitlers orders. Guess he didnt want another incident like the Lucitiania

Ur an enemy to the USA only for 24hrs then the USA is neutral again.

I think you can start going after them from mid December. IF you want to be safe, wait till Jan 1942 and let her rip!:arrgh!:
