Having problems with the 8 hour fatigue model runing with SH III comander and GWX.
Cannot get the GWX 8 hour fatigue model to work. Has anybody had this same problem and know a solution.:-?
What do you mean by 'don't getting it to work' ? If you are travelling above 32x time compression, the fatigue is generally off, no matter what model you are using.
Or what else does not work as it should ?

Any time I used it before I could go up to 1024 and it would work

How do you launch your game?
If you're using SH3Commander, then you must launch using this utility...and not using the GWX-shortcut.
*edit...never mind...I see you know how to use SH3C.

np may be i just got lucky and it worked at 1024 and now it is working at 32x like it is supose to.
I did move a carear back from the recycle bin and thats when my problem started hapining I have reinstalled all of SH III, SH III commander, and GWX. But I still have the same problem. If this is a problem?:hmm:
Frankly I'd ditch the fatigue altogether with SH3Commander. I don't want to have to babysit my crew and none of the models I've tried are really very satisfactory IMHO.

Hi GUNTHERU40,
As with stock SH3, the default GWX 8 hour fatigue model should freeze at 32x TC... and should remain frozen until you drop back below 32x TC. It sounds to me as if it is working as designed. Having fatigue progression continue in time compressions higher than 32x requires other adjustments.
Personally, I recommend leaving it as it is. If fatigue is allowed to progress above the 32x TC mark, you'll be shuffling the crew around far more often. However, if you do infact want it to progress above 32x, just adjust your "3DRender" setting upwards via SH3 Cmdr. Warning: this can lag your system a bit in the higher TC ranges.
Otherwise, welcome to Subsim! Here is your potato peeler. Fritz is waiting for you in the galley.:arrgh!:

The cutoff for fatigue modelling is equivalent to your "3DRender" TC setting ("When in 3D views" in SH3Cmdr). By default this value is set to 32, meaning fatigue is modelled up to 32x TC, but not beyond that.
Thus, change this value to 1024 and fatigue is modelled up to 1024x TC and so on.
Personally, unless a mod's readme stipulates otherwise, I would NOT change the "3DRender" TC setting.
The only fatigue model I know that is "meant" for a higher TC is IUB's (not sure about NYGM's) which is based on a "3DRender" setting of 1024 (as, IIRC, mentioned in the readme).
Adjusting your "3DRender" setting otherwise may result in quicker crew exhaustion or other unintended consequences.

Thx to all you kaleuns that took care of the problem.
Your advice really helped out

In NYGM standard setting is max TC 256 and 3DRender also 256 - although I rarely play above 128. ( I don't figure out why crew would stop getting tired because of TC ?) I found the best timing is to make a crew change every 6 hours, except for watch crew in heavy weather which needs to be changed every 3 to 4 hours. I have been now used to a routine of crew change at 6h00, 12h00, 18h00 and midnight. 6h00 is radio report time, 12h00 is positioning on the map (weather permitting) midnight is positioning if stars available as well as dive for hydrophone check...
