I couldn't say,the movie was made during the war as propaganda/movie(dramatised propaganda movie)but since it came out again over here in 2003 someone will have some rights on it.

Actually your allowed the use of 'copyrighted' material when it is not in excess of a certain period of time.
As long as its not for commercial gain.
