Why would some one post on subject not SHIV....

@ Bill.Braskey: IMHO, the point is he could/should have posted in the Subsims & Naval Games (http://www.subsim.com/radioroom/forumdisplay.php?f=165) section of Subsim. FYI, I too am currently looking into the info :yep:
