Do you guys meet " pirate ghost ships " too ?
( using 1.2 patch, RFB1.27 and Ultimatesoundpack mods.)

It's the "Flying Dutchman" - just a little gift from the developers. Anybody managed to sink it yet?

According to folklore (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Folklore), the Flying Dutchman is a ghost ship (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ghost_ship) that can never go home, doomed to sail "the seven seas (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Seven_seas)" forever. The Flying Dutchman is usually spotted from afar, sometimes glowing with ghostly light. If she is hailed by another ship, her crew will often try to send messages to land, to people long since dead. The sight of this phantom ship is reckoned by seafarers to be a portent of doom.

could be better spend time fixing bugs or other important gameplay things and not trying to do a ghost ship. perhaps better another real antisubmarine unit or ship

I think he was talking about the modders.

Hopefully the develolpers are working on more important stuff.

no, ghost ships is not a mod, it was included by dev team in the original game
