Japanese GunBoats patrol zones

what i would like to see in game was the " ATAKA " and the " SAGA " types
anyway the gunboats are more river boats than ocean going ships and i am finding them on some weird places in game where im guessing they should not be. i found a couple near the philippines, and sometimes a gunboat and a subchaser.

are the patrol zones correct for this kind of ship , i'd hate to be in one on a storm ...

We these the ones that were pressed into dutie, that use to be part of the Asiatic fleets, Yangtze Patrol (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Yangtze_Patrol)? Such is the ill fated Panay (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/USS_Panay_%28PR-5%29)and Oahu (http://www.navsource.org/archives/12/1206.htm), and the like?

The short answer is that a rework of the campaign layers is required.
