Hey mates, I don't know if you visit our friend JcWolf's site and forum (http://www.freepowerboards.com/jcwolf/index.php), but I do, and always noticed that this man has skills . I just wanted to ask you what you think of including his new works into your wonderful expansion via the next GWX update (1.04), please let me know what you think of it ;) ! (I ask you this question cause new screens are no doubt the easiest thing to add/change in this game ! And JcWolf will probably not refuse to let you use his work as part of GWX  )

Look at his work, and enjoy !

3 new versions of the captain's log (difference between 2 and 3 is the watch, in the 2 there is a standart luftwaffe Hannam watch, and in the 3 it's a Standart german Siegerin watch) :

Also, his new navigation map's sliding boards (see 2 of them below !) look incredibly real  :

Hi Alex,

First let me say that I feel JCWolf is a great and friendly guy... and a really great artist.

For my personal intstallation after all is said and done, I will be using some of his works to spice things up a bit on my own PC.

I really like having a cup of coffee on interface screens... because modding is always about having a constant supply of the stuff!!!

Regarding the current interface screens included with GWX, I think we are going to stick with what we have. Boris did a great deal of work to create a set of interface screens that match up well with the others.

We are also trying like heck to be careful with the overall size of the 1.04 update... It will be rather large.

JCWolf does a great deal of alternative graphic mods for GWX and as a former GWX dev team member, I have a soft spot in my heart for him. It would not be fair for us to put him on the spot by saying yes or no about particular items... here or there.

For those that would like to try JCWolf's graphic mods for GWX... I say go for it! Just sign up for his forum and he will help you out with any possible concerns with useage of his mods.

That is the best I know how to answer your question mate.

Sink them all!!!

Aw, ok, yes, I understand Kpt. ;)
For sure Boris did a great work !
I asked this question only thinking about a "renewal" of some little things into GWX. Also, I understand that you have to care about the size of this update. :hmm:

Thanks for the quick reply, Kpt !

By the way :p can you tell us the actual size of the 1.04 update ? :arrgh!:

Not yet. it will be large out of necessity. However, I can say that there will be so much new content... It may be more like a general release (I think)... as opposed to an "update."

It is too soon to tell how large it will be in size.

Don't ask for any more hints cuz we aren't gonna say!:p

I didn't know where to post this message, seems this thread is the most appropriated one... See this new work from JcWolf : new radio message screen (http://img525.imageshack.us/img525/5984/radiomsgbqb8.jpg), and you're going to be just like this http://yelims.free.fr/IPB/Invision-Board-France-530.gif.

Enjoy ! ;)
