Is the rate oxygen consumption dependent on anything the player does? Like if I rest more crew will the O2 last longer?

No. Feel free to work them to death. They consume as much oxygen as if they're all sleeping.

Just a quick FYI. O2 consumption isn't something we can mod to give any variation to.:down:
We are stuck with what we've got there.

IRL it's not the lack of oxygen that kills, but the build up of CO2.

There is no acceleration in the build up irrespective of what your crew is doing in-game :nope:
