I read some days ago that the Spanish do not accept international maritime laws and claim a wider national sea zone than internationally is accepted, they also claim that all treasures around the globe that are found somewhere and are of Spanish origin still belong to the spnaish crown. If somebody think that is queer, he better thinks twice: in the past the Spanish already have filed two law cases on claims like in this case - and won.

Odyssey better tells and proves where it has found the wreckage. It is said to be already emptied by now anyway. If they really were in Spanish waters according to internationaldefniton, than they have cheated and must be held responsible. If they were in international waters and only by Spanish definiton in Spanish waters, it is a lawcase on wether international sealaw ranks higher than spnaish law, or the other way around. no matter how, their hide-and-seek play certainly does not serve their reputation a good service.

But for over 300 million dollars, I maybe would not care for my reputation, too...

The Spanish are still being robbed by privateers!:arrgh!: Well at least they can call in the lawyer's instead of going to war!

"Prepeare to be boarded and served!"

"Stand by to repeal lawyers!"

Fire a salvo of Objections on my mark. Witnesses, prepare the grappling hooks! Litigaaaaaaate!

Next stop: Cayman island. I wonder if the island is large enough to burry all those coins.
