ok ... i dont know really how to start this and what to petition for exactly because i trully believe that even a 1.3 patch will not be enough for Sh4

i belive only one petition should be started and by someone with some weight around here thats why i didnt start it myself

please discuss the petition subject here and WHEN READY START ONE PETITION ONLY for not dispersing the results
