If most of your crew gets wounded (and some will be dead), then you'll get it. That's how I got mine I think...

Also I found the last medal. Here it is:

The medals are

Submarine service medal
Wounded medal
Patrol star
Medal of valor
Campaign star
Victory cross

So it's the Campaing Star you are missing.

Good hunting!

"The dev team is very passionate about naval history, and wanted to include the correct medals, and planes in the game. They worked hard and tried their best to do so. However in the end they were not allowed to include these items in the game due to copyright and legal issues. The respective companies owning the copyrights to the medals and planes which were actually used by the US in World War II would not grant Ubisoft permission to use them in Silent Hunter: Wolves of the Pacific.

Since Ubisoft is unable to gain the rights to use these materials the following medals in the game cannot be corrected in any future patches:

Wounded Medal used instead of the Purple Heart

Patrol Star used instead of the Bronze Star

Campaign Star used instead of the Silver Star

Submarine Service Medal used instead of the Navy Distinguished Service Medal

Victory Cross used instead of the Navy Cross

Medal of Valor used instead of the Medal of Honor"
Meh... Now if I knew how to get that Silver/Campaign star...

That copyright thing sounds very strange to me. A lot of games use the medals, so why not give them the rights but not SHIV??

That was said by one of the official UBI devs... Anyhow, this is not the real point of this thread :P
