Created POLL based on Patch 1.3

Hi Guys.....:D

I wanted to let you all know that I created a POLL on the official SH4 Website that is owned by UBISOFT. This poll basically asks "Should UBISOFT provide a 1.3 patch? (That addresses the serious or broke issues)"

It is possible that UBISOFT or the DEVS may not even bother or care to read the tons of posts on this site and theirs, since they are basically stating the same thing from the majority.

I felt it would make better sense if the UBISOFT execs saw a POLL that provided them a total number of votes from people that care about their product and want to see it in a working mode and not broke.

Also just to point I did not put the POLL on subsim.com since I felt it would do much better on the OFFICIAL UBI.com site.
