DD Mutsuki ....Toothless v submerged sub???

I have met this DD type a few times now (1943) and each time (if I am detected) she races toward me; there are many sailors on the afterdeck, but no depthcharge racks or hedgehogs etc and she has nothing to hit me with when I am submerged. She is usually accompanied by an Akisuki class DD that is equipped to depthcharge me so it is not a free ride.
Has anyone else met and examined this Mitsuki class DD and have you noticed its weapons. Has your examination revealed the same sitn or is it just my experience.

The class should carry 18 DCs.

I have been pinged and DCed by that DD type many times. Maybe your
install of the game left out some data pertaining to that DD....

Could anyone tell me which of the Mutsuki Folder files should contain the data re the depthcharging equipment on board.
I could then check that file and see if it is incomplete or corrupted .

NB I have since involved myself in another battle with DDs which included a Mutsuki and by observing the actions of that DD closely I now understand the situation.
The Mutsuki has 2 racks of 9 d'charges but as soon as the final one is launched from each side the racks themselves disappear-----my query arose because the first time I examined the afterdeck of the Mutsuki must have been after she had launched all the d'charges and the racks themselves were no longer visible .

Look at the eqp file. Mine shows 2 SH4_DC racks (or something like that, I looked yesterday).
