Where are the repair experts?

I'm not sure, but I thought that the Silent Hunter III had expert repair crew as well as all the other skills.

I haven't been able to find any repairexpert crew!

No repair experts in SH4?

I always seem to get a better green bar from using all machinists with hammers and a few electricians:hmm:

oh and try and use somone with high leadership# in charge (a machinist also).

I use renown in port to place individuals with a variety of different skills into the Damage Control team window. This seems to work well at sea as things get fixed pretty quickly.

Funny, I did the same thing and every man I had placed in Damage Control before leaving port disappeared.
