View Full Version : Centering the Screen
Maybe I should be thankful, but the only irritant is that the game screen seems to be off center - it seems like 3/4" on the right side is cut off. I can't see the entire depth gauge (when expanded or reduced) and now that I have a Salmon class sub, I think i amd missing a couple of crewman I can't see to my right.
Any suggestions on centering the game screen. i'm using the 1`024*768 resolution, and when I exit the game, my monitor/desktop/internet browser is cewntered just fine, so it has something to do with the game.

Do you have a LCD screen?
If your game does not run at the same resolution as your desktop with a LCD you might have to tell it to re-adjust itself.
On mine I just go to the menu (the LCD menu) and select Auto Image Adjust once in the game.
Is the LCD part of the game controls or do you have to step back out to the Windows control panel? Sorry for the stupid question :D

I think Iceberg means that there should be a button on your LCD screen, not in controlpanel to Autoadjust the screen

Like Kakemann said. The menu button on your computer screen.
Well the menu button on mine is labeled "1"! There are 5 buttons on my LCD: Power, 1, 2, Up and Down (arrows).
1 is the menu, up or down to select the item on the menu and 2 to execute the function you've just selected.

first thing we need to know is what kind of monitor you have: CRT or LCD. LCDs are the thin flat-panel displays and CRTs are the big boxes.
CRTs will oftentimes have issues with the display being off center at a given resolution, but will usually have either wheels to adjust it or digital controls which will allow you to re-center the picture. LCD displays normally find center on their own, unless you're running a non-standard refresh rate.
