Should I courtmartial the planesman?

Has anyone else noticed that one of the planesmen goes missing when he should be at his post? I guess I don't need anyone seated there on the surface, but when we're maneuvering underwater, I expect him to be there. He seems to get up and go without asking permission.

Maybe it was something he ate?
