Guten Tag, Meine Herren!

Better late than never: I finally got SH3 (first I had to get sufficiently out of debt to afford a new gaming rig). I used to be a regular back in the heyday of SH2 before real life got in the way. ;)

Junge-Junge, I'm STOKED! SH3 is such a blast, and it's running schweet on the new rig (Dell XPS M1710). Did plenty of research here ahead of time to minimize startup hassles. Vielen Dank to all of you who tweaked & toiled to bring this sim to maturity! Looking over the mods list, I'm gobsmacked. :o

Got a Sennheiser headset & will soon configure a voice-command template auf Deutsch -- something I did for SH2. Und ja, my white Kaleun cap is on order -- if Replicaters.com does a good job, I might spring for the grey leather jacket. Sehr praktisch when it's chilly!

OK, here's a proper noob question: Are there any keyboard shortcuts for the crew commands? Right now one has to go through a series of mouse-clicks: first on the officer, then the various options specific to that officer. Surely there's more than what the keyboard reference card tells you. I'd love to turn these interactions into voice commands, naturlich.
