Just noticed the japs depth charges when fired are psychedelic colours. Anyone also have this problem?

I may have deleted the txture by accident I suppose, but I didnt really go near it...

Anyway, its only when they are in the air / water.. not when they are on the ships.

Strange though and I want to solve it..

FWIW, The Japanese used dyes in the shells of some of their guns so that they could differentiate between shells landing amidst enemy ships in combat. I do not see the point of this for depth charges, but you never know.

I guess that psychodelic colour is the normal map displayed as colour map... could you show some screenshots?
This happens when editing 3d objects with Pack3d in SH4 becouse of a texture packing error in the .dat file. Maybe your deep charge .dat file is corrupted...

Actually it may be a video card issue more than anything. I haven't installed any mods or the like and I have had a similar occurance with the smoke from the stacks on some of the vessels. Seems to happen when the card is being taxed

Does anyone know where the textures for depth charges are located in the game..?
