View Full Version : Rasing radio antenna
How do you raise it? I've seen some screenshots from what looks to be GWX with it raised up while on the surface.
Do you mean the rafio direction finder (loop antenna?) In GWX it is always up unless you add antenna down mod.

If you do not use GWX, you can install Anvart's mod to have it up.

You're using GWX so press SHIFT+R. Provided you have them installed.

Question - what can 'break' them? IE., where is the change that enables them made?
I must have *some* mod that is doing it, but I can't figure out which one. As it is, all my U-Boats have the RDF antenna raised except the Type IIA boat. For some reason, it stays in the stowed position, now.
If you could point out the file(s) that alter this effect, I can probably track down which mod made the thing break. (And no, Shift-R doesn't raise it on my boat) That'd be greatly appreciated!
EDIT: Nevermind, found the offending file.

ok
manny thanks mate
the mod isnt working on my game (it only let it crash)
and Shift+R doesnt work by me eather...
Wasn't [Shift]+[R] about to raise/lower the Radar antenna ? What would be the point of a mod (which keeps the RDF antenna lowered) if there is a simple hotkey for this issue ;) It's all in the GWX manual if I remember this correctly.
