Net Cutter on VIIC

Is it possible to equip a net cutter on a VIIC? (I imagine many would know why I'm asking this. :p)

In SH3? No, only the VII-B, and possibly VII-A if they had putted. In reallity is a different story. I think they began to take of the net cutter's in mid or final 42, or maybe latter.

My VIIB has a net cutter on it, when SH3 loads ( OR GWX ) you see the net cutter right on the front of the sub

You can see the cuter on the top and bottom of the front
