Captain's Log bug?

I just finished my 9th patrol with the same captain, yet when I return to port the award page still refers to my 6th patrol and awards me the same medal over and over. This happened the last 3 times I have returned.

:o. Very odd because most say their career usually ends at 4-5 patrols. I think you are the first to post 9 patrols with same Skipper. Perhaps the game does not know what to do if you somehow got around being retired to a desk after 4-5 patrols:hmm:

This is how it goes:

You complete a mission, come to port, medals are awarded according to your skill.
You're redirected to the 3D career room. When clicking on the medals, it displays the screen you've seen the FIRST time you received that medal (since you can receive it many times).
