Change watch position on bridge?

Is there any way to change your watch position while on the bridge?

On a few of the boats alot of your view is blocked by parts of the conning tower.

As Captain I think I could tell "Hans" to drag it to the front position so I can move to the stern lookout position for example.

Would be nice to be able to walk around the tower, but doesn't look like that's possible right now.

Diving Duck was able to fix this in SHIII, maybe he can do the same for SHIV.

If you use the TBD though, the tower does not get in the way, full 360 view.
