The stopwatch appears on the Map page as part of a time compression. But how do you get it to come up without TC?

Default key is 'X'.

The manual may be crap but the key assignment chart is at least useful. :lol:

I agree, this happens as soon as you hit 512 time compression, it's annoying as heck. Is there a way to make it stop doing this? I'm not sure of the purpose even!

The easiest workaround it to drag it almost offscreen. Next popup it will use the same spot.
