Running Patched Vanilla..
On my second career since the war ended for me last week.. I noticed that my new officers look identical in the crew management screen. Last crew I had, I'm pretty sure the officers looked different, with maybe 1 duplicate, but they all look identical now with two different color shirts.. Before, I could tell my officers apart without clicking on them first, but now have to scramble to get the qualified officer in the correct compartment.. Anyway to change that without transferring them??
Thanks!!

I've been real reluctant to add any mods.. I loaded GW1.? & it ran like a dog on my 1 year old system.. Maybe I'll have to try the commander..
Thanks!!
Edit: I haven't tried GWX yet..

SH3 Commander isn't a mod; it's an external tool that allows you to change many things in SH3. It has a database of crew names allowing for over a billion possible combinations.
I don't think Commander has any effect on frame rates at all.
But wait, you were talking about appearances. There are some graphics mods that change faces, but other than that I don't know what to tell you.

Cool... I'll DL it today.. Just one question, will I lose my current carreer if I install it now??
Thanks!!
Russ, to be safe go into My Documents and find the SH3 folder. Drag it to outside of the MD folder to your Desktop, so it's gone. Install SH3 Cmdr and set it's options up as you want. Run SHIII via SHIII Cmdr and a new one will be made. Delete the data flder. or save it if you like, in the new SH3 folder. Then open the one on your Desktop and copy what's inside to the new SH3 folder in My Documents. Your career will be saved to carry on with.
