U-51 departs Keil 11.06.39 for AN44.
Heavy Seas durring grid patrol. Zero sightings, negligable hydrophone detection.
Task force & shipping traffic reported in or about AN13.
Intercepted Large Cargo & 2 Destroyer escorts.
Patroled Grid AN36, spotted British task force.
Targeted Cruiser & J-class DD.
Returned to patrol Grid AN13, sunk Ore freighter & large Liner, reportedly used as transport.
One aft external unable to use - load due to heavy Sea's.
U-51 returned to Kiel 11.21.39
Officers, Crew & U-51 performed in distinguished manner.

Have sunk large Liner AM13 in suspect of Allied war effort.
Dispursed all available flotation devices to spare.
Rescue remaining survivors if you will.
Any craft engaged in rescue will not be targeted.

great shots there - I had my first proper experience of GWX destroyers firing off star shells last night - what an awesome effect!

Just like your photo, I found those damn destroyers never give up - even after one took an eel from me and was totally immobile, he still kept firing star shells and trying to spot light my scope.

I still havnt come across any 'liners - is there any areas you can go that have more chance of seing one?
