I have loaded this into sh4 and run once as directed but it has not created the two new files MODS\BACKUPS. can anyone help.

I have the same problem.
Could have something to do with a incompatability with Vista.

scroll to the bottom of the screen, they should be the last two folders, arrange icons by name will put them to the top next to the Data Folder, works on mine ok:up:
