Is there a way to automatically skip the intro movies?

Like a Command line parameter, or a hack somewhere?

It takes so long for the game to load, that many times I'll start it and walk away, then I hear that movie wasting loading time again, and again....

Is there anyway to stop the intro movie?

Hey, Snacko,
One way to disable the movies is to go into the "data/movies/intro" folder and change the names of the two mpg files (intro.mpg and logo.mpg). I just added an "x" to their names. Some mods that disable the intro movies replace the movie mpg's with empty mpg files.
