break into the med

wouldnt it be great if while on patrol u got a message to break into the med to transfer base just like in the movie das boat! is it not possible to somehow mod this?

You could always just head into the Med for no reason, Just be sure to have a Will and u settle things with ur family. Getting into the Med reguires some skill

Never new that War Ace Campagin had this feature.
Il be sure to remember that in future.
It can be problem somtimes when all i have ever played is GW1.1a and GWX.

problem is ive already got a patrol goin. what im thinkin of doin is headin to the med anyway then just endin patrol and when im back at base requestin a transfer.
how does end patrol work, can i end it anywhere or i do i have to be near a friendly base (not home one) to get warped back?

Well I've never gotten into the med in campain but in the single misions there is one called Gibraltar. Once when I played I got the VIIC with a veteran crew and when I checked the boat number it was the U-96. THE REAL "DAS BOOT"!! I made it though, but I did make the mistake of sinking a Destoryer and the Brits sent half the freakin' Royal Navy after me. Boy where they mad, but I did see a nice light show when the ships lit up very thing with starshells and shearchlights. In all I sank three British ships, and got away. The searchlights
